OOTD: BELLELAVIE_PH

A long overdue sponsored post.

OOTD means Outfit of the Day and I'm excited to show you all my first share of one.

Grace of @BELLELAVIE_PH on Instagram has been very generous to send me this fabulous set of outfits from their Dainty Collection.

Top is made of black chiffon material. High-waisted shorts made of lacy floral fabric.
I love how this fashion gives comfort too. Very light and easy to wear.

The Ilocos Adventure: Pagudpud (Evangeline Beach Resort)

When I got invited by Ms. Ana of Evangeline Beach Resort a month before my wedding, I just knew it was God's gift of honeymoon for us. Just like the Camayan Resort & Ocean Adventure experience (which was God's valentine's gift), we immediately arranged our schedule for a yet another chance to travel and see the beautiful world created by the Lord.

Pagudpud is a 2-hour bus ride from Laoag. I am not sure if the information is still accurate but when we were in Laoag, we were told there are no air-conditioned buses going to Pagudpud and so the hubby, who happens to be the lesser cowboy between the two of us, had to endure all the warm wind and humidity he's usually annoyed about when travelling exposed. We left Laoag at around 1pm and arrived at 3pm. Never mind the stickiness of our face, the moist skin, and the tangled hair for taking the said bus ride because this was the kind of paradise awaiting us.

We might have the same question in mind: how did they know we were honeymooners? Lol. I promise I never mentioned a single thing about my wedding to Ms. Ana during our email correspondence so this really came as a wonderful surprise. I still smile each time I remember the very suggestive bed.

Evangeline Beach Resort is just one of the resort chain located in Brgy. Burayoc along the stretch of Saud White Beach Cove in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. It is owned by Ms. Ana while the other resorts

Tasty Treats Candy Buffet

Tasty Treats Candy Buffet was one of, if not the, ultimate crowd favorite in my wedding.

Charles of Tasty Treats blessed our wedding with not only an additional oomph by creating this setup but also a mouth watering surprise for both the kids and the adult guests.

Kopiko Low Acid Coffee

For someone who has missed coffee a lot due to a gastric condition, it's a breath of fresh air being able to reunite with its taste and aroma. Glad to discover Kopiko's Low Acid Coffee.
Millions of Filipinos drink coffee every day. In fact, it is estimated that 8 out of 10 Pinoys drink at least 2 cups of coffee daily, whether they are piping hot or iced cold. So what are the benefits of drinking coffee?
Aside from perking up lazy mornings and sleepy afternoons, various studies reveal that drinking coffee in moderation helps reduce the risks for type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, heart and cardiovascular diseases, stroke and cancers of the liver, kidney and prostate.
But while most Filipinos enjoy cup after cup of stimulating coffee, some cut back on their brew because it hurts their stomach and they cannot tolerate drinking more than a cup every day.

Engangement Session: Episode 2 by WreuelN Photography

When Ralph and I got engaged, we knew it wasn't going to be an easy planning ahead because we were not financially prepared. But what can we say? Our God never leaves us as promised in Psalm. " For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. They will be protected forever.." Funny how we, as a couple, already submitted to the fact that we might not get any more of those wedding nice-to-haves. And prenup photo-shoot was one of them. Yes, generations before us, people get engaged and get married without these things: prenup shoot, wedding stylist, cakes that stand taller than the bride, wedding coordinator, photo-booth, and even an engagement ring! See how simple and practical we are? We just really want to get married is all. But the Lord did not let us settle to no nice-to-have pictorial. He made a way :) He even gave us not just one!

Camayan Beach Resort & Ocean Adventure

Cool reception area is cool.

I was invited by Camayan Beach Resort for a 3D2N stay in one of their Beach View Superior Room. God really works in mysterious ways because the invitation arrived in preparation for a very stressful period of my life (AKA the wedding preparation). Since the room with 2 queen-size beds would fit 4 pax, and Ralph & I are not married yet to be doing sleepovers alone, we went there last weekend with his eldest brother Kuya Ryan, his wife Ate Len and 4-year old daughter Sophia. Bummer, I just realized we have not a single photo together.
